Agincourt has two partners and nine specialist associates.

Christopher Broadbent, who was educated at The Perse School and at Norwich and Maidstone Art Colleges, where he specialised in graphic design. After working in this field for five years he moved into journalism and fiction writing for magazines and radio. In 1977 he joined the PR industry, running the London office of one of the UK‘s largest regional agencies. After this he founded five firms including Barclay Stratton (which was acquired by Argyll) and Brighter PR. Broadbent has worked in marketing communications, corporate PR, public affairs and issues management, both in the UK and internationally. He holds a number of non-executive directorships in PR and the not-for-profit sector.
Adrian Wheeler, who was educated at Dulwich College and Clare College, Cambridge, where he studied English. Starting out as a local newspaper reporter he joined a City PR consultancy in 1972 and in 1976 co-founded Sterling Public Relations, which was acquired by GCI (Grey Advertising) in 1990. As chairman of GCI Europe Wheeler helped to develop a 28-office network with 53 multi-country clients. His personal clients included British Airways, Dell, Food & Wine From France, The Federation of American-Controlled Shipping, Hasbro, Philips Electronics, Cotton USA, Westinghouse, Arthur D. Little, Novartis and COLT Telecom. He is currently a non-executive director of several specialist PR consultancies and a member of the board of British-American Business.
